The leader of the Kaliningrad Pubs market - the chain of three restaurants "Britannica" is one of the city's iconic brands.

Despite its high recognizability, its presence in social networks was minimal. The work with content was done on an ad hoc basis, the necessary posters for events were published, there was no systematic work.

At the time of the start of our cooperation, the venues were experiencing a drop in seating, including during lunches.

After a year of work with content (three months of which were spent actively attracting subscribers), the halls of the restaurants were filled with visitors, the number of people who wanted to eat lunch had increased so much that pubs opened with a queue at the door.
